"Azvision" is a system that precisely inspects specified parts of an overall image using "mesh matching technology." It enables inspection of parts that are difficult to assess with conventional mesh matching due to a lack of positional accuracy. In addition to missing long-legged insertion parts, it can now inspect various targets that have been challenging for automated inspection, such as silicone and hand-pressed markings.
